Mobile Wallet Consumer Research
TSI embarks on a consumer research project in collaboration with Hotspex to uncover Canadian consumers' rational and emotional reactions to a Mobile Wallet concept. Hotspex, a world leader in measuring consumer emotions, has developed tools that allow it to accurately predict adoption of new technologies by assessing both the emotional and cognitive disposition of consumers towards new concepts. TSI, Canada’s leading payment research and analysis firm, partnered with Hotspex to design the research, and to analyze the findings. The two companies will also be selling the reports to clients as a syndicated study.
